Sydney Park Biography
Sydney Park is an actress and comedian whose career began with a notable achievement as the youngest comedian to perform at the Hollywood Improv. At age eight, she competed on the reality competition show "America's Got Talent" as Syd the Kid, becoming the youngest stand-up comic to participate. Early in her career, Park showcased her comedy on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," "Chelsea Lately," and "The Tom Joyner Show." By age 13, she wrote, produced, and performed her own one-woman show, "Young, Gifted, and Half Black," at the UCB Theatre in Los Angeles.
Park transitioned from stand-up comedy to television, making her debut on the teen sitcom "That's So Raven." She went on to guest star on Disney Channel series "That's So Raven" and "Hannah Montana," as well as HBO's "Entourage," Comedy Central's "The Sarah Silverman Program," and CBS' "CSI: NY." Park starred as Gabby in the Nick at Nite show "Instant Mom" and portrayed Cyndie on "The Walking Dead," a recurring role that introduced her to a dedicated television audience. She also starred as Meredith in the supernatural horror film "Wish Upon."
Park's profile expanded with roles in both television and film. She played Caitlin Park-Lewis in the Freeform series "Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists," a performance highlighted by Variety magazine. Park also appeared in season three of the Netflix series "Santa Clarita Diet," opposite Drew Barrymore and Timothy Olyphant. In film, she starred as Makani Young in the Netflix slasher "There's Someone Inside Your House," directed by Patrick Brice and based on the novel by Stephanie Perkins. She appeared as Kiera Pascal in the Netflix coming-of-age comedy-drama "Moxie," directed by Amy Poehler.
Park has continued to expand her range with a lead performance as Ann Matienzo in the romantic drama "First Love" and a recurring television role as Tenny in the HBO Max miniseries "DMZ." She recurred as Young Amanda in the ABC crime drama series "Will Trent" and stars in the sixth installment of the "Scary Movie" franchise. In 2026, it was announced that Park joined the cast of "The Morning Show" for season five. With a background in stand-up comedy and a résumé spanning network television, streaming platforms, and major studio films, Park is recognized for her versatility across comedy, drama, and horror genres.
