Sally Helgesen is an author, speaker, and leadership coach recognized for her expertise in women's leadership, leadership development, and organizational change. Helgesen has been inducted into the Thinkers 50 Hall of Fame, ranked Number One in leadership by Global Gurus, and honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award by the Institute for Management Studies.
Helgesen's publishing career includes influential works that have shaped organizational perspectives on women and leadership. Her book, "The Female Advantage: Women's Ways of Leadership," was the first to focus on the leadership styles women bring to organizations and has been translated into 12 languages.
