  Mental health refers to a state of well-being in which an individual realizes their own potential, can cope with the normal stresses of life, work productively, and contribute to their community. It encompasses emotional, psychological, and social well-being, affecting how people think, feel, and act. Growing up with two older sisters and an older brother, the user was raised by their father without a mother. They faced significant losses, including their oldest sister at age 6, their brother at 22, their other sister at 28, and their father at 29. Despite these adversities, it wasn't until the loss of their father in October 2020 that they began to understand the importance of mental health, as they experienced profound feelings of uselessness, loneliness, and doubt during this difficult time.
