Paul F. Foley retired in February 2018.

Mr. Foley has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Rectrix Aviation, Inc. Mr. Foley served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Mesa Air Group, Inc. since October 2008. Foley served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of MAIR Holdings Inc. (formerly, Mesaba Holdings Inc.) since October 1999 and an Acting Chief Financial Officer until September 30, 2008. He served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Mesa Airlines, Inc. from 2008 to March 8, 2016.

He is a highly respected executive in the airline and air cargo industries with thirty years of experience in very competitive industries. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer at Mesaba Aviation, a subsidiary of Mesaba Holdings Inc., from October 1999 to September 2002. He served as Vice President of Operations Support at Atlas Air, Inc. from December 1996 to September 1999. He served as Group Vice President of Operations-North America at LSG Lufthansa Service/Sky Chefs from January 1992 to December 1996. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President of Operations at LSG/Sky Chefs. He served as President at Continental Airline's subsidiary - Chelsea Catering Corporation and American Airlines.

Mr. Foley served as Vice Chairman of Regional Airline Association. He served as an Independent Director of Zomax, Inc. since October 5, 2004. He served as a Director of MAIR Holdings Inc., since October 1999. Mr. Foley graduated with a Bachelors of Science Degree from Cornell University and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Edwin L Cox Graduate School of Business at Southern Methodist University Dallas.

He holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a BS from Cornell University.
