Patrick Fitzgibbons is a retired Police Professional with over two decades of experience in various capacities. His is also an author, coach, speaker, and educator. After a successful law enforcement career, Fitzgibbons went through his own challenges and sought treatment at FHE Health and The Shatterproof Program for First Responders. He is program lead at FHE Health, a treatment program that specializes in helping first responders recover from substance abuse.
Fitzgibbons created a top-ranked podcast entitled "The Criminal Justice Evolution Podcast" with the goal of providing criminal justice professionals with the knowledge, advice, and tools to grow better personally and professionally.
