Jamie Tworkowski is the New York Times bestselling author of "If You Feel Too Much." He founded the non-profit organization To Write Love on Her Arms in 2006, born from an attempt to help a friend and tell a story. TWLOHA is now recognized as an award-winning leader in mental health and suicide prevention. After 15 years with the organization, Tworkowski stepped away in 2021 to focus on speaking and writing independently. He remains passionate about telling stories that move people toward hope, community, and professional help. Driven by the idea that vulnerability leads to connection, Tworkowski leads by example. He often shares from his own personal experience of living with depression and ADHD.
A two-time TEDx speaker, Tworkowski has inspired audiences at universities, concerts, and conferences in all 50 states and countries around the world. This year, he’s hitting the road to celebrate TWLOHA’s 20th anniversary and the release of "To Write Love: A Documentary on the Movement."
