Kalyn is Detroit-grown, Chicago-sharpened, and New York City-polished. Every move has helped her be more of her most authentic self, and she shares the wisdom and insights of her journey through Dream Forward Consulting.
Kalyn lives out her purpose as a DE&I and People strategist, coach, and content creator; she is also a doctoral candidate whose research centers on optimizing the Black male employee experience. Her passion project is becoming a world-renown home chef who inspires others to embrace sensuality through the culinary arts.
Kalyn loves the arts, food, books, conversation, laughter, nature, travel, and spirituality. She believes in living fully as an intellectual, spiritual, and sensual being.
