Jonathan Knowles is the author of "What is the Purpose of Your Purpose?" (Harvard Business Review, March/April 2022) and co-author of "The Strategy of Change" series in MIT Sloan Management Review (six articles since August 2021).
He is the founder of the strategic advisory firm Type 2 Consulting that helps companies think through their approach to strategy, purpose, value creation and capture to create the foundation for enduring business success.
Drawing on his background in different disciplines, Knowles shows how the interests of strategy, marketing, HR and finance can be aligned to create sustainable business models that incorporate stakeholder interests and are adaptive to change.
