Jenifer Fox is the international leader of the Strengths Movement within our educational system. She draws on 25 years experience in virtually every kind of pre-collegiate school setting to challenge the current educational system. Her message is focused on the need to develop children's strengths in an effort to secure our nation's economic status as well as our democracy. Jenifer customizes each of her speeches to her audience after researching their specific needs and interests.
In her critically acclaimed book, Your Child's Strengths, Discover Them, Develop Them, Use Them, with a foreword by Marcus Buckingham, Fox lays out a plan for schools, parents and businesses (the end-users of our educational system) to join together to transform our communities into learning environments where all children are focused on discovering their strengths and ultimately finding success.
Widely recognized as the foremost expert on strengths in educational setting, Fox is a visionary, a storyteller and a giver of practical advice. Her expertise in designing curricula (The Affinities Program) and training programs (StrengthsNow!) gives teachers, employers, coaches, and counselors a step-by-step process for implementing a strengths focus in their organizations, with their clients, and with their students.
Jenifer has worked with parents, teachers, and healthcare providers as well as businesses and corporations to best develop strengths and to utilize philanthropic resources to support education and, in doing so, to improve their bottom lines. As a turnaround expert, Jenifer speaks on social entrepreneurship, nonprofit leadership, strategic philanthropy and the impact educational trends will have on our society.

Fox holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and two Masters Degrees: an MA from Middlebury College's Bread Loaf School of English and an M.Ed. from Harvard University. She resides in the New York Metropolitan area.
