Jackson Galaxy Biography
Jackson Galaxy is a recognized cat behavior and wellness expert, known to many as The Cat Daddy. Galaxy began his career as a shelter worker at a large Colorado animal shelter, where he developed a deep understanding of feline behavior and a signature approach to cat wellness. After working with thousands of cats, he transitioned to private practice, consulting with cat guardians in their homes. This work became the foundation for his television series.
Galaxy is the host and executive producer of Animal Planet's "My Cat From Hell," a long-running show that brought cat behavior and feline wellness to a global audience. He has also appeared as the official cat behaviorist for Game Show Network's "Think Like a Cat" and as a cat behavior expert on Animal Planet's "Cats 101." Jackson’s presentation was terrific! All went very well from our perspective; I hope Jackson feels the same. His presentation was very well received by our audience; we especially appreciated how well he tied what he does to what our industry (pet food manufacturing) does. He was also very warm and gracious in meeting our audience and the pet adoption agencies that were visiting; the volunteers with those agencies were particularly thrilled to meet him!
