Ari Shaffir is a stand-up comedian, writer, producer, and podcaster known for his boundary-pushing approach to comedy. After relocating to Los Angeles to pursue stand-up, Shaffir began working at The Comedy Store, progressing from answering phones to positions in the cover booth and at the door, before being named a paid regular by owner Mitzi Shore. Shaffir gained wider recognition with the viral video series "The Amazing Racist."
