With over 25 years of experience, Fritzgerald brings powerful insight to the intersections of instructional design, anti-oppressive practices, and leadership development.
She is the author of "Antiracism and Universal Design for Learning: Building Expressways to Success," winner of a Benjamin Franklin Award from the Independent Book Publishers Association. Her work centers on intentional instructional decision-making, dismantling systemic barriers, and designing inclusive learning environments where every member of the school community can thrive. Fritzgerald has served extensively in education as a teacher, curriculum specialist, administrator, and director.
