Tripp holds a Bachelor of Arts in history from Geneva College, a Master of Divinity from Philadelphia Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry with an emphasis in pastoral counseling from Westminster Theological Seminary. He serves as president of Shepherding the Heart Ministries, an organization focused on the role of the heart in shaping behavior and spiritual development.
Tripp is widely known for the book "Shepherding a Child's Heart" and as the presenter of Shepherding a Child's Heart Ministries.
