Tarek El Moussa is a real estate investor and television personality known for his work in property investment, house flipping, and real estate education. El Moussa earned his real estate license at age 21 and began his career selling residential properties. Following the financial crisis, he shifted his focus to flipping distressed properties, which led to the creation of the HGTV series "Flip or Flop." The show, featuring El Moussa and his then-wife Christina Haack, documented their process of renovating and selling homes and ran for 10 seasons on HGTV.
