Styx is a renowned rock band that originated in Chicago, Illinois, in 1972. With a fusion of melodic hard rock guitar, acoustic guitar, synthesizers, and acoustic piano, the band's music style is eclectic and captivating. Their breakthrough album, "The Grand Illusion" (1977), began a series of four consecutive multi-platinum albums in the US, solidifying their place in the rock music industry.
