Prior to Mercadolibre, Mr. Tolda served in several financial institutions, such as investment banks Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated and Lehman Brothers Inc. in the United States. Tolda also served as Country Manager of Brazil from 1999 to April 1, 2009. Mr. Tolda is In-Charge of all activities in Brazil.
Tolda is skilled in Marketing Management, Digital Strategy, Business Planning, and E-commerce. Tolda received his MBA with a concentration in General Management and Finance from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Born in Brazil, Tolda speaks fluent English, Spanish and French as well as Portuguese.
