Born sightless in the mountains of North Carolina, Ronnie Milsap was gifted with a soulful voice and talent that eventually led him to become a significant figure in country music history. After moving to Nashville in 1972, Milsap's career flourished with his association with RCA Records, beginning in April 1973. Over his career, he has garnered seven Grammy Awards, four Academy of Country Music Awards, and eight Country Music Association Awards, establishing him as a highly decorated artist.
