Reese Wong is an award-winning social entrepreneur, policy advisor and community-builder. He founded ISSIA, Hong Kong’s largest youth-led nonprofit, which mobilized more than 500 volunteers across 80 schools, launched over 30 projects and was recognized by the UN and Nasdaq.
Wong is a 2024 Diana Award recipient, an Aspen UK Rising Leader and a World Economic Forum Global Shaper, where he served as one of the youngest Curators. He has delivered more than 100 talks to audiences of over 5,000 at international conferences, universities and global forums.
His professional experience spans emerging technology and AI policy at the U.S. Department of State, the UK Department for Science, Innovation and Technology and the House of Commons. He also contributed to global strategy and biosecurity work at the UK Health Security Agency, and previously held roles at AmCham HK and Ashoka.
Wong is the Founder of the Potentia Fellowship and Ripple Social Club, initiatives that build next-generation talent ecosystems at the intersection of public policy, entrepreneurship and technology.
