Rebecca Lowe is a British-American television presenter and anchor known for her expertise in sports broadcasting, particularly in soccer coverage. Lowe serves as the host of Premier League coverage on NBC Sports, including "Premier League Mornings" and "Premier League Live".

Lowe began her sports-television career after winning the BBC Talent Search for a football reporter from a field of 650 candidates. While at BBC, she contributed to the network's soccer programming, including reporting for "Final Score" from key Premier League matches, features and reporting for "Football Focus," and presenting a lifestyle feature on "Match of the Day." She was also one of three BBC reporters at the FIFA World Cup in Germany, worked for BBC Two at the African World Cup of Nations in Tunisia, the Women's European Championships in Manchester, and covered the FA Women's Cup Finals over several years. After leaving BBC, Lowe joined ESPN UK, where she became the first woman in UK history to host the FA Cup Final, a six-hour live broadcast from Wembley Stadium.

Lowe's composure under pressure has defined significant moments in her career. During a live FA Cup Quarter Final on ESPN UK, she guided two hours of programming from a pitchside position when Bolton midfielder Fabrice Muamba collapsed on the field with a cardiac arrest, and that night she appeared on major UK news outlets. She was named Newcomer of the Year by Sports Illustrated in its annual Media Awards in her first season.
