Hadow pioneered a specialist guide service through his company, The Polar Travel Company, established in 1995. This service caters to a diverse group of clients – from novices to special forces – enabling them to explore the Arctic and Antarctic. His role goes beyond organizing trips; he personally selects, prepares, and often leads these expeditions on the ice. In 1997, he also organized the first all-women's expedition to the North Geographic Pole, which earned a Guinness World Record.
Beyond his entrepreneurial ventures, Hadow is the first person to trek solo from Canada to the North Geographic Pole without resupply by third parties.
