Monica has a unique ability to educate at the same time she is being wonderfully entertaining. She has that "WOW factor" that make her sparkle on stage. She is totally comfortable speaking in front of large audiences, and is wonderful at "thinking on her feet". She is not just very funny & clever, but also totally knows her topic. I highly recommend her as both an expert speaker & as a motivational speaker. I have seen her speak 3 times now at our annual national professional organizer's conference, and she never disappoints!!!

Monica is an engaging speaker. From the moment she appears at the podium Monica holds her audience in the palm of her hand. I have had the pleasure of attending the "Ask the Organizer" panel discussion as an audience member the past few years. Many of the questions come from the audience. Sometimes these questions need to be restated or interpreted so the panel can understand what the audience member is really asking. Monica is very patient and thoughtful when this happens.She is also adept at funneling the questions to the correct panel member and at making sure that every panel member has a chance to be heard. I highly recommend Monica.
