Les Norman is a former Kansas City Royals’ outfielder and current host of “Breakin’ the Norm” & the “Baseball Tonight Pregame Show” on KC’s Sports Radio 810WHB.  Despite a difficult childhood with an abusive alcoholicfather, Les used his love of baseball as an emotional outlet and found his sense of belonging.  From the early age of six, Les had a dream of becoming a Major League Baseball Player.  Through perseverance, courage and personal accountability, Les achieved success as a Junior Olympic Gold Medalist, Collegiate All-American/US Olympic Team Member, Royals Minor League Player of the Year, all-culminating in reaching his lifetime goal-becoming a Major League Outfielder.

As an entrepreneur and current radio personality on “Breakin’ the Norm”, Les connects with audiences on a personal level, sharing the foundations of his success as both an individual achiever and as a teamleader.
