Lavar Arrington Biography
LaVar Arrington is an American former professional football player who was a linebacker for seven seasons in the National Football League (NFL).
He played college football for the Penn State Nittany Lions and was selected with the second overall pick by the Washington Redskins of the 2000 NFL Draft. He was selected to three Pro Bowls as a member of the Washington Redskins. He was also a member of the New York Giants.
Following his retirement, Arrington has contributed to football as a broadcaster and analyst.
