Jacob Cramer is the founder of Love For Our Elders, a global nonprofit that combats loneliness among older adults through intergenerational connection. What started as a community service project when he was a teen has grown into a global movement: one million handwritten letters delivered to elders around the world, 60,000 annual volunteers, 80 youth-led chapters active across schools and campuses, and the creation of National Letter to an Elder Day, celebrated every February 26 and recognized by the Unitd States Postal Service and Hallmark.
A Yale graduate and Fulbright Scholar, Cramer brings a decade of leadership experience, a gift for storytelling, and a powerful message about empathy, service, and the ripple effect of small acts of kindness. Cramer has spoken to youth and adult audiences of thousands in keynotes and seminars and led volunteer activations for Fortune 500 companies, schools, and communities.
