Glenda Wright Biography
Dr. Glenda Wright, CEO of Wright & Hunter Consulting, has firsthand experience with Kentucky's Child Welfare System. She began her advocacy journey with Voices Of The Commonwealth (VOC) in 2013 and continued until 2019, when she transitioned to law school. During her time with VOC, Wright earned a bachelor's degree in Business with a minor in Political Studies from Murray State University. In addition to her business degree, she holds a Juris Doctorate.
Dr. Wright has served as an internal member of the executive team in the Commissioner's Office for the Department for Community-Based Services (DCBS) and has over a decade of experience collaborating with state and federal partners to enact positive and critical changes in both the Kentucky and Federal Child Welfare systems.
