Dr. Shanafelt was more than lovely to work with! He came to our faculty dinner the evening before the event, was highly engaged with everyone present, and created meaning conversation with all the physicians! The mood and conversation was so enjoyable, no one wanted to leave despite being in clinic all day! His presentation was riveting and we plan to bring him back in the future to be keynote speaker at a Physician Leadership Conference.
