Devon Diep Biography
Devon Diep discovered her love for singing and playing the piano as a child. Dreaming of the day she performs on stage led to her fascination with the entertainment and creative industries.
Throughout her school years, she was drawn to artistic courses where she explored her talents in music, theater, dance, and art. Diep signed with a talent agency after winning a local competition. This was the start of a successful modeling and acting career.
Her professionalism, talent, and versatile looks gained her numerous appearances in campaigns and commercials for well-known brands. Diep also extends her talents behind the scene as an Art and Beauty Director. Her work was featured at the Forbes Gallery in New York City along with other publications.
Within 4 months of her music career, she wrote the title song "Green Dragon" for Martin Scorsese's film, Revenge of the Green Dragons, which debuted at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF). She also performed her original songs and played a supporting role in dead Reckoning, a film starring KJ Apa and directed by Andrzej Bartkowiak.
Here are some fun facts about Diep. She was in the Navy Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (NJROTC) for 4 years. She is professionally trained to use pistols, shotguns, and rifles and is a candidate to be a Massachusetts State Police Certified Firearms Instructor. She speaks fluent Vietnamese.
Currently based in LA, Diep is the newest star on Netflix's hit series, Bling Empire, where her love story unfolds with the show's lead, Kevin Kreider. Recently, Diep and Kevin started their own production company, ALLS Productions, to tell Asian-Lead Love Stories. Their first music video project for a song Diep wrote called “Talk About” premiered on October 21st. Two of Diep's short films (one of which she wrote and directed), MIA and Air, will soon follow. Diep is also the 1st spokesperson for SANS, a non-alcoholic beverage created by Kevin to empower the sober community.
