Thuy is a Vietnamese-American singer and songwriter based out of Los Angeles, California, who began her music career in 2015. She has since released several EPs and albums, including "i hope u see this," "girls like me don't cry," "wings," and "don't miss me too much." Her single "girls like me don't cry" went viral on TikTok in 2023, and she has also released a series of other singles, such as "never yours," "options," and "mood ring."
In addition to her studio work, Thuy has performed at several notable music festivals such as the Outside Lands Music Festival, the Head in the Clouds Festival, and the Sol Blume Festival. In 2023, she opened for Ella Mai on the Heart On My Sleeve Tour. She made history in 2024 when she became the first Vietnamese-American female artist to perform at Coachella. Following the release of her album "wings," Thuy announced her 2025 world tour by the same name.
