Cynthia Krosky, CSP, LCSW has a proven record of accomplishment as a professional speaker. She is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), the highest earned designation in the Global Speakers Federation, as well as the National Speakers Association. Her areas of expertise are extensive. She is an Adventure-Based Trainer, Facilitator, Educator, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Consultant, and Compassion Fatigue Therapist, Critical Incident Stress Foundation, (ICISF) approved and certified instructor in Assisting Individuals in Crisis, Group Crisis Intervention, and Psychological Body Armor. A Certified Trainer in Mental Health First Aid for Adults by the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. In addition, she has Specialization in Corporate Workplace Violence, responding after Domestic Terrorism, Weapons of Mass Destruction, and Mass Casualty events.
