Bill Polian is a Pro Football Hall of Fame executive and one of the most influential architects in modern NFL history. As of January 2026, Polian remains active as a voter on the Pro Football Hall of Fame selection committee, where he is one of 50 members responsible for determining each class. He has publicly addressed recent controversy surrounding Hall of Fame voting, confirming that he voted in favor of Bill Belichick’s induction as part of the Class of 2026.
