Tape Face is a character with universal appeal. Delightfully wry, multi-layered and hilarious, Tape Face accesses an inner child in all of us all that must be seen to be believed. Through simple, clever and charming humor, aimed at satisfying that hunger, he creates the most accessible and enjoyable shows the world has ever seen.
Tape Face first brought his magical brand of physical comedy and unbelievable feats of imagination to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, where the show was an unmitigated debut success, receiving a Foster’s Comedy Award nomination for Best Newcomer.
Following a UK tour of his seminal show, Tape Face returned to Edinburgh with new physical japery in the form of ‘More Tape’. Selling out the 750-seater Pleasance Grand on a nightly basis, his appeal having transcended boundaries of age, language and culture, it was no surprise to see him receive the Fosters Panel Award and eleven 5 star reviews.
Having become Britain’s favorite silent comedian, Tape Face traveled to LA, and performed on "America’s Got Talent." The audition went viral, earning him the YouTube Rewind Viral Artist Award, and has so far been viewed over 45 million times. He became a celebrated finalist, receiving standing ovations with his totally unique style.
After "America’s Got Talent," Tape Face announced a multi-year residency at Harrah’s Las Vegas, and although his show contains no dialogue, his return to Sin City was louder than ever. In conjunction with this show, Harrah’s premiered a uniquely customized theatre, named the ‘House of Tape’ created especially for Tape Face. Due to the success of that show, Tape Face is now staring in his newest show at The Underground Theater at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino.
