Scott Mastley Biography
Scott Mastley was the Director of Human Resources and Safety at one of Atlanta’s top 100 private companies before starting a consulting firm in 2003 and then joining Resource Alliance in 2010 as the Vice President of HR. Scott is a Double Dawg, with a Bachelor of Science in Education and an MBA from the University of Georgia.
He has over 17 years of generalist experience in human resources and safety, earned the Excellence in Human Resources Award and the Highest Risk Control Award from Affinity insurance group, is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, a professional member of the National Speaker’s Association, and recipient of the Extra Mile Award.
Scott is a published author, an accomplished speaker, and the article editor for Georgia Speaker magazine. He has been quoted in HR magazine, and he has appeared on Peachtree Mornings television show and been featured on Fox 5 News in Atlanta. Scott has spoken to thousands of managers, and he hopes to leave every audience with practical and creative solutions to nagging problems.
