Through his unstoppable energy and unmatched passion, Paul has touched the lives of thousands of cosmetologists across the United States. Due to his 25 years of experience behind the chair and his entrepreneurial background, he has gained first-hand knowledge of the importance of team building, personal development, leadership skills, and maintaining health and wellness. Paul takes great pride in helping individuals to accomplish their goals and reach their dreams.
In December of 2017, Paul launched his first ever product line, PAUL JOSEPH PROFESSIONAL, with a 20-year plan to be sold in the top salons in America.
