Natalie Fikes is a leadership coach, performance and development coach, and the author of "Empowered To Prosper: Discover How To Become The Woman You Were Created To Be." Fikes is also the founder of Code Next Generation (now Teen Vocal), an organization that helps youth transition to adulthood and realize their potential. Her coaching specializes in parenting, team building, and relationships. She has significantly contributed to various areas, including improving the conditions of clients, audiences, and youth transitioning into adulthood.
In 2015 and again in 2019, Fikes was named one of John Maxwell’s Top 100 Leaders. She has been instrumental in various initiatives, such as founding the “Pathway to Purpose” program dedicated to empowering victims of homelessness, sex-trafficking, and foster care. Fikes is the CEO of The Greater Purpose Society LLC and was the Central Regional Manager for the International Association of Women, where she increased member engagement significantly. She is responsible for the leadership development, mentoring, and support of Local Chapter Presidents nationwide.
