Lisa Loeb, a multi-talented American artist, embarked on her career with the song "Stay (I Missed You)" from the film "Reality Bites," which rapidly climbed to the top of the Billboard charts. This achievement marked Loeb as the first artist to top the Hot 100 without being signed to any record label. Her entry into the music industry persisted with the release of her debut album "Tails" in 1995, which was certified Gold by the RIAA. Loeb's second album, "Firecracker," saw continued success, featuring the hit single "I Do."
Aside from her music, Loeb has also ventured into the realms of television, film, and literature. She has made appearances in popular TV shows such as "Gossip Girl" and "Fuller House," and acted in films including "House on Haunted Hill" and "Hot Tub Time Machine 2." Her contributions to the literary world include children's books and CDs, one of which, "Feel What U Feel," secured her a Grammy Award for Best Children's Music Album. As a voice actor, she lent her talent to "Spider-Man: The New Animated Series," voicing the character of Mary Jane Watson.
