With a career that spans 20 years, Johnny Manuel has shown many different sides to his artistry. Now he’s ready to show the world who he truly is as a singer, songwriter and musician.
Manuel discovered the joy of performance and musicianship at a young age while in the church choir. By the age of ten Manuel had recorded his first demo; a cover of Run DMC’s ‘It’s Like That’. By the age of 14 he had a recording contract with Warner Records. Manuel’s work in recording studios has seen him link with some of the biggest names in the music industry including David Foster, Walter Afanasieff, Jermaine Dupree and P Diddy.
A prolific performer, he has appeared on America’s Got Talent and Eurovision, honing his skills and building an international fan base along the way. The demand to see Manuel perform and hear the power of his soulful voice has taken him to all corners of the world; Switzerland, Portugal, UK, the Middle East and now to Australia. Touring here earlier this year with the California Crooners Club, Manuel was spotted by a Voice Australia‘s scout who approached him about competing in the recent season of the show.
As with his appearance on America’s Got Talent in 2017 when he made the finals, Manuel completely wowed audiences on The Voice Australia in 2020, this time going through to the Grand Final, gathering a huge following of fans along the way.

The performance (not a "presentation," but a song that was sung) fit our needs, and was very much appreciated by our guests.
