James Park Biography
James Park is a technology entrepreneur recognized as the co-founder and CEO of Fitbit, a company that played a significant role in the development of the wearable fitness technology industry. The concept for Fitbit emerged when Park became interested in the Nintendo Wii, particularly its use of accelerometers and real-time movement tracking. Alongside co-founder Eric Friedman, Park sought to translate this technology into portable wearable devices, leading to the creation of Fitbit's activity trackers.
