Hanneke Faber is the chief executive officer of Logitech, a Swiss-American technology company specializing in computer peripherals and accessories. Faber brings more than 30 years of experience in global business leadership across consumer, B2B, and e-commerce sectors. Her appointment marked the first time a woman led a Swiss Index (SIX) technology company, highlighting the significance of her role at one of the world's leading hardware brands.
Before joining the technology industry, Faber held leadership positions at major consumer goods companies. At Unilever, she served as group president of the Nutrition business, overseeing operations in more than 150 countries and managing global brands such as Knorr and Hellmann's, as well as research and development, the B2B Unilever Food Solutions business, and a supply chain spanning approximately 60 factories and contract manufacturers. Prior to Unilever, Faber was chief commercial officer at Ahold Delhaize, where she led omnichannel retail operations and expanded the company's e-commerce business into a global top 50 player. She also held international leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, including vice president and general manager of global Pantene, Head & Shoulders, and Herbal Essences, and vice president and general manager of Beauty Care, where she launched the Max Factor brand in China.
At Logitech, Faber has positioned the company as a leader in artificial intelligence innovation. Under her leadership, Logitech has implemented more than 2,000 internal AI agents across manufacturing, coding, customer service, and marketing, resulting in significant productivity improvements. Faber has spoken publicly about the integration of AI in business operations, including its use in meetings and its impact on AI governance in corporate settings.
