Ed Hochuli Biography
Ed played college football for four seasons at the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). He began officiating high school games and college football games for the Big Sky and Pac-10 Conferences during the 1980’s Started in the NFL as a back judge in 1990 before becoming a Head Referee /crew chief in 1992. Ed refereed two Super Bowls: SB XXXII: Broncos 31, Packers 24 and SB XXXVIII: Patriots 32, Panthers 29. He also refereed: 7 Conference Championship Games, 25 playoff games, plus the Pro Bowl. He is currently a trial lawyer and partner in the law firm of Jones, Skelton and Hochuli. Ed appeared on the cover of Sports Illustrated on October 8, 2012.
