David Starr is an American stock car racing driver with a long-standing presence in multiple NASCAR series. Over a career spanning more than two decades, Starr has competed in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, NASCAR Cup Series, and NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, where he is a four-time race winner.
