Cody Lohden Biography
Cody Lohden is a former firefighter–paramedic from Garfield, Kentucky, now emerging as a standout voice in country music. He got his first guitar at 12 and, despite early stage fright, won a local singing contest that launched him into performing with his father and honing his songwriting craft. Living briefly on a friend’s couch in Nashville, he shared independent releases and viral TikTok performances that caught the attention of hitmaker ERNEST, leading to a publishing deal with Ern’s Cadillac Music and his signing to DeVille Records.
In April 2025, Lohden released “Tail Light, Porch Light, Miller Lite,” a raw, heartfelt track featured on the Cadillac Sessions mixtape produced by ERNEST and Jacob Durrett. His voice—a blend of classic country warmth and contemporary grit—has been praised for its modern lyrics wrapped in traditional sonics. Since signing, Lohden has toured with Bailey Zimmerman, Walker Hayes, and ERNEST, and co-written cuts for top artists including Zimmerman and Austin Snell.
