Born and raised in Southern California, it was only natural that Malibu native Chad Rogers returned to the coast after graduating with a degree in Business and minor in Finance from the University of Denver. During this time Rogers also earned his real estate license. Upholding the motto, "Give clients what they want, whenever they want," is what has catapulted the young Chad Rogers into one of the most successful and sought after real estate experts and realtors in Southern California.
Since the start of his career, Rogers has built and maintained a reputation among power-player clientele, including professional athletes, celebrities and high-ranking business officials while working for Rick Hilton and Jeff Hyland at the prestigious Hilton & Hyland real estate brokerage. In 2010, he had a record breaking year in which he sold more than $80 million worth of homes. This number includes the sale of the highest publicly priced MLS listing of all of Los Angeles County. The listing closed at $23.5 million on Dec. 15, 2010. Currently, he has an ongoing, long-term partnership with Realtor.com where he shares his advice and tips for their Ask a Realtor and First-time Home Buyer Campaign. Because of his continued real estate success, his expertise has been featured in various media outlets including Forbes, Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times, Parade, Los Angeles Confidential, KCAL TV, Chicago Tribune, AOL, Angeleno Magazine, Huffington Post, Luxist, InTouch Weekly, Hot Properties and Realtor.com. In addition to business, Rogers is a strong believer in giving back to the community.
