Celia Muñoz Biography
Celia Muñoz is a multitalented artist. She combines ventriloquism, operatic singing, and comedy in an innovative and entertaining show like no other.
Now residing in Las Vegas, Muñoz won “Spain’s Got Talent“and received the treasured “Golden Buzzer.” This year, she was a Finalist on "America’s Got Talent," and her charming and unique ventriloquism left all of the judges speechless.
Muñoz began her career as a classical stage actress who appeared at festivals such as the International Festival of Classical Theatre in Almagro, Spain. She then earned a Master’s degree in operatic singing at the world-famous Sibelius Academy in Helsinki. Muñoz began singing in operatic projects, both classical and contemporary.
Muñoz has been awarded numerous prizes, including from the Finnish Cultural Foundation, the Sibelius Academy, and the Spanish Ministry of Culture. However, after seeing a ventriloquist on TV, she decided that was the route for her. Working with famous voice coaches, she developed her own unique style and mastered the art of ventriloquism in just a few years.
Currently, she performs as a ventriloquist around the world at corporate events, festivals, on TV programs, and, when her availability allows, she headlines in the “America’s Got Talent Live“ show in Las Vegas.
