As the Senior Director of Talent Relations, Marly supervises the talent team and is responsible for all content planning and scheduling, database management, website design, and talent communications. She runs a year-round internship program, introduces new employees to systems and platforms, provides training, and maintains the company's knowledge base. Prior to joining AAE in February 2017, Marly owned a communication and translation business, and previously served as the corporate marketing manager at a global software company. She holds a BSc in International Business and a MSc in Marketing Management and has spent more than 10 years traveling the world, living in 4 different continents and visiting over 60 countries.
