Ale joined the company in September 2021 after what she described as a "very warm and welcoming interview process". She recently moved to Raleigh from Naples, Florida, where she was the Lifestyle Activities Director for an HOA community, a position that required a lot of event planning, marketing, and vendor coordination. Her previous role as a Financial Accounting Intern also had her fulfilling duties very similar to those of the Accounting Admin position. Ale has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Ave Maria University, an education that prepared her for the real world of accounting and allows her to feel confident in her ability to meet her requirements and responsibilities. In her spare time, she enjoys long nature walks with her dog, bike rides with her partner, exploring new areas, finding new coffee shops, and re-watching "New Girl."
