Sean shares the wild stories and lessons learned from making something out of nothing. He returned from the Democratic Republic of Congo with no home, no office and no plan -- just $5 and a dream worth his everything: peace in Congo. He found others who shared his dream and together they pulled desks out of dumpsters, put them in a garage in Venice, California, and launched a campaign toward a goal most called impossible. Three years later his organization is investing in eight Congolese whistleblowers and building a coalition for peace that includes 50,000 whistleblowers, 200 retailers, 77 organizations, 35 Congressmen and 16 Senators. Money is no replacement for passion and will. His story proves anything is possible.
