Michael B. Horn is recognized for his expertise in disruptive innovation in education, focusing on translating theories of change into practical strategies for educators, policymakers, and business leaders. Horn co-founded and served as executive director of the education program at the Clayton Christensen Institute, a nonprofit think tank dedicated to applying disruptive innovation to address social sector challenges.
