Chris Michaels Biography
Chris Michaels, D.D., is a life coach, national speaker, and author. He founded the Center for Spiritual Living in Kansas City, Missouri in 1990 and has served as its director for more than twenty years. As an educator and counselor, he has helped thousands of people understand the basic spiritual principles that govern life. With decades of study into the philosophies and spiritual nature of humankind, Dr. Chris is a leading authority on the new global spirituality movement.
For twenty-five years, Chris has inspired, empowered and educated others to find their true calling. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to create successful webinars and author numerous programs such as: Turning Obstacles into Opportunities, Value-driven Leadership, Start a Movement, Not just a Business, and Non-Conformity in the Work Environment.
Chris is also a highly sought after keynote speaker, having had over one thousand engagements at various conferences and events around the world. He speaks globally on entrepreneurship, mindfulness and living an authentic life.
He is the co-author of several daily journals including: Practice the Presence, The Prosperous Life and Spirit is Calling. His first book, Your Soul’s Assignment is available at bookstores nationwide, along with his book, The Power of You, which was published by Penguin Press in 2014.
In addition to speaking engagements at conferences, churches, and corporate events nationwide, Dr. Chris hosts a weekly radio program.
