Alex Bowman is an American stock car racing driver and team owner who competes full-time in the NASCAR Cup Series for Hendrick Motorsports, driving the No. 48 Chevrolet ZL1. Bowman has achieved multiple Cup Series victories and holds the record for six consecutive front-row starts in the Daytona 500, including three pole positions. His career reflects a progression through American motorsports, beginning with quarter midgets and midget racing, advancing through the NASCAR K&N Pro Series, and establishing a presence in both the Xfinity and Cup Series.
