Alessia Caracciolo, better known by her stage name Alessia Cara, is a Canadian singer and songwriter from Brampton, Ontario. She was well-known on YouTube for her acoustic song covers. Alessia signed a record deal with EP Entertainment and Def Jam in 2014.
